By accessing or using Peach, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Peach, you confirm that you:

• Are currently enrolled in a college or university as a student
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to use the Service
• Will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

2. Description of Service

Peach is an exclusive college-only social application designed for students. The Service allows students to:

• Participate in playful polls and voting powered by friends and batchmates
• Ask and answer questions in an engaging and interactive format
• Connect with fellow students from their college community
• Share and discover content within their student network

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 College Verification

Peach is exclusively for college students. We use Google and Apple authentication to verify your student status. By signing up, you authorize us to collect and verify your educational institution email address and student status.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration

3.3 One Account Per Person

You may only create and maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts, fake accounts, or accounts on behalf of others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

4. User Conduct and Community Standards

4.1 Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree NOT to post, share, or engage in any of the following:

• Harassment and Hate Speech: Content that harasses, bullies, threatens, intimidates, or discriminates against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Explicit Content: Sexual, pornographic, violent, graphic, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Misinformation: False, misleading, or deceptive information, including impersonation of others
• Illegal Activities: Content that promotes, facilitates, or engages in illegal activities
• Privacy Violations: Sharing personal information of others without their consent
• Spam and Manipulation: Spam, unsolicited advertising, or attempts to manipulate polls or voting mechanisms
• Self-Harm: Content that promotes or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders

4.2 Zero Tolerance Policy

Peach maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, and explicit content. Violations may result in:

• Immediate removal of offending content
• Suspension or permanent termination of your account
• Reporting to appropriate authorities if illegal activity is suspected
• Sharing information with your educational institution if required

4.3 Respectful Interaction

We expect all users to interact respectfully and constructively. While Peach encourages playful and fun interactions, you must always respect the dignity, privacy, and well-being of other users.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you post, submit, or transmit through the Service ("Your Content"). However, by posting Your Content on Peach, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content on the Service
• Make Your Content available to other users in accordance with your privacy settings and the functionality of the Service
• Modify or adapt Your Content solely for the technical purpose of displaying it on various devices and platforms

This license exists only for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service, and ends when you delete Your Content or close your account (except where Your Content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it).

5.2 Peach's Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Behavior that harms other users or the community
• Loss of student status or graduation from college
• Extended inactivity or failure to verify your student status

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9.2 User Content Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for their own content and interactions on the platform.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peach and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in content or any loss or damage incurred from user content
